Dear Journal I went down to the electronics shop after I just moved into my new house and was thinking about buying a new TV. So I went around 4 and I was browsing around and saw some TV’s in color and I was amazed my whole life I really never watched TV except if I had some time to myself most likely after big fights I would come home and rest and relax and watch TV in black and white when I could buy one. I saw it in color and I was like that is rad. I walked over to the cashier and asked him how much was for that one in color. He said 1000 bucks and I was blown away at how much it was! I gasped and said I would have to buy it if I could win more fights in a couple years.” Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today.” James Dean. So I saved up some money and with my lucky swings I got some money then I bought one a couple years later. But most shows were still in black and white and I was mad that the networks haven’t switched over but I got over it and kept it to this day it sits in my living room as I could provide my family with some color for them to watch. Inventions these days have become so technical that they could put color TV’s in the living rooms of everyday people. I think the future will hold more opportunities to come for T.V. It might only be in rich people’s houses for now but sooner or later everyone is going to have these things in their bedrooms and maybe we will holograms or something 50 years from now that you only see in the movies. The way I see it is that the future has a lot to uphold as there is lots of science and technological advances going on in the world we make better equipment for boxing and it has came a long way since it first started and me stepping in the ring has brought some more popularity to sport which is what I wanted all along from the beginning. I believe that the technologies that have been created will help further the sport more than I have and that it will become bigger and better than what I could imagine as well as other sports that are starting out.

Here is the Second Journal Entry of Robinsons life.

Dear Journal today I went to spend time with my family. I went over to my Brothers house for a reunion. So I met up with my cousin Louie who his wife is in the fashion industry. So I asked her if she had some cool clothes that I could buy down at her shop that I would ride by and see if I could pick some up. I just won a fight and got a bonus for some nice bread so I thought I could jazz up my style. I made arrangements with her and we would go next week to where she had worked and look at some threads that I could buy for cheap because of the family discount. So a week went by and I traveled down to her shop where she worked and looked at some threads. Elvis Presley said “ Ambition is a dream with a V8 engine”. So I picked up a rad Cardigan sweater, a couple tropical shirts, and some levi jeans. I tried them on and looked like a cool cat and felt slick walking around in the threads. She told me it was what was in all around the country and I digged the clothes so I bought them with the money I won in my last fight.  Actors in movies like Robert Wagner, Rock Hudson , Dale Robertson, and one of my favorite singers Elvis helped spread the flow of this style which I bought into. Maybe my fame could also spread this as I would wear Polo Shirts and a Sports Jacket to some boxing matches that I had.  Big time movies that I liked I would try and copy the style as I digged this new craze. People these days were all into movies as they went into drive in movies to watch the big screen and see that the actors were wearing some rad clothes that they would wear and it spread like wildfire across America. The influence of Hollywood and my sport of boxing really made people change as we were getting out of this depression that I remembered my grandma telling me about all the time. Its good thing that America could bounce up back on its feet and see that there is a silver lining to all this depression and war. That is what America is really about and I’m happy to be living in a time that I can make a living as what I wanted to be and that’s a boxer.

The following is a statistical sampling of some of Sugar Ray's past fights.
